SHIPPING

Processing time: 2-5 days. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times (within USA only): 3-5 business days. I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. I prefer using USPS or FedEx only. This is due to cost, reliability and safety.

 

PAYMENT OPTION

Secure options: PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus account balance, a bank account, PayPal Credit, debit or credit cards, and rewards balance. Click here, for more information about PayPal payment methods and protections.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I gladly accept cancellations: Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase. Email me at elena@karavodinstudios.com for more info.

I do accept returns or exchanges: Accepted only within 30 days after the purchase. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Read below for more details on my Return Policy.

RETURN POLICY

Of course, I will always hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to me for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please read below for more information on my return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and certificate of authenticity attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email me at elena@karavodinstudios.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item and certificate of authenticity securely in its original packaging and Proof of Purchase (Copy of Invoice) and Completed Return Form, then mail your return using the Pre-Paid postage label sent to your email address after authorization has been approved.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by me.

REFUNDS

After I have received your return and inspected the condition of your item, I will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from when I have received your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Any item that has exceeded the 30 day mark from it’s original purchase date.

• Any item defiled or altered from its original form.

For defective or damaged products, please get in touch with me at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

Please Note

• Returns are individually analyzed and ultimately approved by the Artist’s own discretion.

• Not all returns or exchanges are guaranteed.

• Please indicate if you feel an item was damaged during the shipping process.

• DO NOT Ship the item back unlit you have received a FINAL APPROVAL and an emailed pre-paid postage label.

• When returning an item, use the previous packaging to ship it back. Make sure it is secure and marked “Fragile”.
